Scope of these terms
These terms govern access to this website and its public material. They do not create a consulting, implementation, support, employment, agency, or client-services relationship. The site describes a product in development and does not promise a particular technical, commercial, legal, financial, security, or compliance outcome. Decisions involving AI, data, customers, regulated activity, or third-party systems require the visitor's own judgment and advisers.

References to tools such as Claude, Codex, Muse, or Instinct describe examples of a possible implementation approach. They do not imply a partnership, endorsement, guaranteed availability, or a fixed technology stack. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Client work requires a written agreement
Before Ezenciel accesses a client system, processes client data, or builds a workflow, the parties will agree in writing on the scope, fees, confidentiality, intellectual property, approved access, security, data roles, human approval boundaries, and liability terms appropriate to that project. If a written client agreement conflicts with these website terms, that agreement governs the client work.
