What this notice covers
Ezenciel is an email-first consulting and implementation practice. This notice explains how we handle information from website visitors and prospective clients before a project begins. The legal contracting entity, project scope, and data-processing roles for client work will be identified in the relevant written agreement.
Information you choose to send
When you contact us, we may receive your name, work email, company, role, and the details you choose to include about a workflow or inquiry. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, health information, or sensitive customer data in an initial message.
Routine technical information may also be processed by the infrastructure used to deliver and secure the website, such as connection and request information.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information to reply, understand whether there is a credible fit, prepare a proposal or project discussion, maintain reasonable business records, and protect the website and communications from abuse. We do not sell personal information or use an initial inquiry to build a public AI model.
Sharing and international processing
Information may be handled by the providers needed to operate email, hosting, security, and business administration, or disclosed where required by law. Those providers may process information in countries other than yours. We limit sharing to what is reasonably necessary for the purpose described here.
Retention, security, and your choices
We keep inquiry information only for as long as it is useful for the conversation, reasonable business records, or legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, but no internet transmission is completely secure. You may ask about access, correction, deletion, or the handling of your information at info@ezenciel.com.
When a client project starts
A signed client agreement—not this notice—sets the scope of access, confidentiality, security expectations, approved AI and infrastructure providers, retention, and the respective responsibilities for project data. We will update this notice if the public website's data practices materially change.
